FM200 Pipeline System
Introduction:
The heptafluoropropane automatic fire extinguishing system is a modern intelligent automatic fire extinguishing device that integrates gas fire extinguishing, automatic control, and fire detection. It complies with the requirements of DBJ15-23-1999 "Design Specification for Heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) Clean Gas Fire Extinguishing System" and ISO14520-9 "Gas Fire Extinguishing Systems - Physical Properties and System Design" system design and product standard specifications. This system features advanced design, reliable performance, simple operation, and good environmental protection.

Main Components of the System:
The heptafluoropropane automatic fire extinguishing system consists of extinguishing agent cylinder groups, supports, driving gas cylinder groups, container valves, liquid check valves, gas check valves, driving devices, gas supply control pipelines, manifolds, selector valves, tees, reducing tees, elbows, reducing elbows, flanges, safety valves, signal feedback devices, piping networks, nozzles, extinguishing agent, fire detectors, gas extinguishing controllers, audible and visual alarms, alarm bells, gas release indicator lights, emergency start/stop buttons, etc.
According to the usage requirements, it can be composed of independent unit systems and combined distribution systems to respectively implement fire protection for single zones and multiple zones. The gas fire extinguishing agent storage cylinders of the piped heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system are usually placed in a dedicated cylinder room and connected through a pipeline network. When a fire occurs, the fire extinguishing agent is transported from the cylinder room to the protected area that needs to be extinguished and then discharged through nozzles to put out the fire.
System Application Scope
The heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system has excellent cleanliness - it completely vaporizes in the atmosphere without leaving any residue, and has good gas-phase electrical insulation. It is suitable for extinguishing electrical fires, liquid fires, fusible solid fires, and solid surface fires by total flooding. The heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system has the characteristics of not occupying space, easy installation, being clean and environmentally friendly, low cost, and not damaging equipment.
It is mainly applicable to the protection of various computer rooms, communication rooms, transformer and distribution rooms, precision instrument rooms, generator rooms, oil depots, chemical flammable material warehouses, as well as libraries, databases, archives, vaults, archives, program-controlled switch rooms, television and broadcasting centers, and important places such as financial institutions and government agencies.
Suitable for extinguishing the following types of fires:
(1) Electrical fires;
(2) Liquid surface fires or fires involving fusible solids;
(3) Solid surface fires;
(4) Gas fires where the gas supply can be cut off before extinguishing.
Not suitable for extinguishing fires involving the following substances:
(1) Chemicals and mixtures containing oxidizers, such as nitrocellulose, sodium nitrate, etc.;
(2) Active metals, such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, titanium, zirconium, uranium, etc.;
(3) Metal hydrides, such as potassium hydride, sodium hydride, etc.;
(4) Chemical substances that can decompose spontaneously, such as hydrogen peroxide, hydrazine, etc.
